We want you to feel comfortable and confident when ordering from Sam Sloat Coins, Inc.
Even though we do our best to provide a detailed and accurate scan and description for all the material offered on our web pages, we realize there may still be occasions when you change your mind or or choose to return a a purchase. No problem. Simply follow these guidelines:
> Call or email us within seven (7) days of receipt and let us know you'll be making a return.
> We will issue a RGA number and ask that your package be postmarked back to us within two business days.
> Upon receipt we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price. Unless we have made an error in the listing, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
> We are not able to process any returns without an RGA number.
> Coins removed from their original holder or slabs may not be returned.
> All coins are unconditionally guaranteed authentic
